At Nosey Goat Coffee, roasting is the heart of what we do. We start with carefully sourced, high-quality green beans from trusted farms around the world, chosen for their unique characteristics and flavor potential.

Our skilled roasters then create custom roast profiles for each batch, precisely controlling temperature and timing to bring out the best in every bean. From the moment the beans hit the roaster, we monitor key stages like the “first crack,” ensuring flavors develop perfectly—whether that’s bright and fruity for a light roast or rich and bold for a dark roast.

After roasting, the beans are quickly cooled and rested to allow flavors to stabilize through a process called degassing. This resting period is essential for unlocking clarity and depth in your cup.

We conduct rigorous quality control through cupping sessions, tasting every batch to guarantee consistency and excellence. Finally, the coffee is packed in airtight bags with one-way valves to preserve freshness and shipped quickly, so you receive coffee at its peak flavor.
